Avocado Soup

I swear, when the pickings are slim in the fridge, I come up with some of the most amazing delights! I hoe you enjoy this one! It smooth yet rich and sweet at the same time. Of course, your avocados should be of prime ripeness but a little under or over ripe wont hurt you..or the soup.

2 avocados
1/4 cup ACV
5-6 scallions- do not peel
3 mejdool dates, stoned
Black pepper. I have a grinder so I gave it about 5 grinds
Nutritional yeast....hmmm, maybe about 1/4 cup
1 tsp vegan poultry seasoning ( this is a blend of sage, thyme, onion, majoram, black pepper, celery seed, and cayenne)

Blend in vitamix with hot purified water till desired consistency is achieved. I like mine creamy. MMMMMM SO Good!!~
