This dish is for all you oatmeal lovers.... You can use soaked raisins, dates, bananas etc. for the sweetner if you dont have/use Lucuma. Raisin water (from soaked raisins) used in addition to or in place of the seed milk is a nice option too.
3 Tbs whole flax seed, ground
1 Tbs Lucuma *optional sweetner
Handful of blueberries
1 Tbs Chia seed, ground
Apx 1 cup seed milk: hemp or sunflower for example
Dash of cinnamon
Add into bowl in whip with your spoon! Enjoy!!
