Sometimes you just want a fruit bowl with that little extra something ;)

I love eating this for lunch or if I know I have big morning ahead of me. It's so filling and I can just feel the vitality feeding my body from it. If you are lacking some of the ingredients, its really all about creating as you go. I was inspired by my dear friend SantiDevi. She used to feed me a variation of this back when we were working together for endless hours at the computer to propel a business into a higher market. That variation is still my most favorite...but sometimes I think its just because it was infused with her divine love. Hopefully you can feel my love in this one. xoxo

Slice up:
banana
pear
and an apple if you need a little more

5 small TBS of coconut butter

sprinkle:
1 tsp cacao powder
1 TBS Bee Pollen
1 TBS maca root powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Small pinch of acai berry powder

shred/cut into small bits 2-3 medjool dates on top


sometimes, when I have the ingredients handy, this is super tasty with a scoop of hemp seeds and a small handful of almonds (or nuts of your choice. Filberts are epic too!)
