Raw cacao goji berry cookies
Oh sweet heaven! I was so in the mood for something...dessert like. My mouth craved cookies!! So this is what I came up with:
A little over a cup of filbert meal (grinded from filbert milk I made last week)
1/2 cup honey with propolis
2 TBS vanilla extract
Handful of goji berries
1 cup crushed cacao- I bought nibs and chunks
1/3 cup golden flax meal, leave some whole if youd like
Apx 1/4 cup cacao powder
Smoosh with hands and then roll into palm size balls. Place on dehydrator teflex sheets and dehydrate for 2 hours (remember to flip at the halfway point) at 115. This recipe makes 9 cookies....and when they come out the cacao nibs/chunks are all warm and melted...uh! SO EPICALLY GOOD!!!
