coconut cacao bar



3 TBS almond butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao nibs
3 TBS coconut butter
1 cup coconut shreds
dash of vanilla extract
5 dates
2 TBS cacao butter
1.5-2 cups flax seeds
1/2 cup agave nectar

blend everything in blender except cacao nibs and flax seeds. Blend till creamy. Add to flax and cacao nibs in separate bowl. Stir till even consistency. Plop onto teflex and dehydrate to make bars.
