Spinach Lasagna
3 TBS nutritional Yeast
1 TBS ACV
8 roma toms
1 garlic clove
1/8 cup cilantro, fresh chopped
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup sundried toms
3 TBS olive oil
ends of zucchini
2 cups water
blend till creamy
1/2 bag macadamia nuts (5 oz)
1/2 bag cashew splits (8oz)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup water
1 tsp dill
blend till creamy
2 zucs.should more than suffice.
slice into strips or discs and line the bottom of a 9x11 pan
layer in this order till pan is full
zucs
toms sauce
cheeze
chopped spinach
Last tom/cheese layer swirl to aid the blend and presentation of top
you should end with sprinkle of spinach on top
place in dehydrator for 1-2hrs or until warm throughout. serve warm :)
I like zuc as the noodles. They are pliable and easy to work with. Sometimes its nice to work with a larger pyrex and layer with red bell pepper and shrooms as an additional option and flavor burst, but really you can use any veggie of choice :)
