Coconut Cream Pie

This one is brought to you by Dr. Gabriel Cousens, MD. I made some slight altercations though to appease my tastebuds ;) After being home for 2 weeks, coming back to the mainland where its cold, dreary, and no fresh coconuts!...well, I had to get it in somehow :) Enjoy this healthy treat loves

Crust:
1 cup almonds, soaked
11 medjool dates, soaked and stoned
2 tbs of cacao powder

blend into creamy paste and press into pie plate. If too moist, dehydrate for 4 hours or until desired consistency.

Filling:
1 heaping Tbs of GMO free lecithin
2 cups shredded coconut/or flakes
1 large can of coconut milk
1 tbs coconut butter

blend into creamy delightfulness. pour into pie plate. Refrigerate till firm and serve cold, with fresh berries :)
