PORTOBELLA SANDWICH :)


PORTOBELLA SANDWICH :)

Greek raw bread slices wrapped this tasty little treat.
I bought Bubbies sauerkraut because I think thats the best, but feel free to use your own :) I scooped 2 large forkfuls onto one side and piled it high with:
A few leaves of red kale
One portobella mushroom
Slices of red bell pepper
One scoop of almond butter, homemade :) smeared on the other side of bread

For my side dish of epic sauerkraut:
In the blender I added:
One scoop of sauerkraut
2 brussel sprouts
A slice of red bell pepper.
I pulsed till small little chunks of goodness abound and sprinkled with black pepper.

DELICIOUS!!
