After Yoga Quench

1 Medium cucumber
1 handful of fresh cilantro
1 inch piece of ginger
2 apples
1 lemon
1 carrot, no top

Through the juicer! Best thirst quencher and also nutrients that you lost through your sweaty practice. This is also so divine on a hot day because it's so cooling with just a tiny lil bit of kick. I think what I like so much about this juice is that you can really define each individual flavour that each morsel brings!
