Cabbage Boats

I grew up on an island. There were 3 bridges dispersed throughout, one at each end and another in the middle to get you off shore. As a kid I always liked to imagine what it would be like to have to travel by boat to get to the "mainland". Now a days my home is Hawaii where theres travel by air to get to the mainland and boat...well thats usually a cruise ship! Hahaha! Hopefully these tasty little cabbage boats will sail you into vibin' and dancin' because you're so full of nutrients! This is a alkalizing lunch for sure. It's got a lot of fiber too. Absolutely 100% Organic deliciousness. Have an epic day :)

The Boat (:
3 leaves of green cabbage

Stuff your boats with:
3 large rainbow chard spears, chopped into bite size
1 medium size carrot, sliced into quarters
3 scallions, the whole thing, green end too, chopped into small little pieces
1 small head of romaine lettuce, chopped in half, diced into bite size pieces
5-6 sundried toms, diced. If you soak them first they will be a lil chewy and not so hard

Blend till creamy:
1/2 cup pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
1 TBS nutritional yeast
1 Tbs raw honey
1/8 cup of ACV (you know me, I just pour what looks to be a god amount. Use your own judgement. If this measurement doesnt work, find what does. This is about creation loves!)
1 medium size garlic clove
1/8 cup cilantro heads, chopped
dash of H2O

Smear your inner boat with the pepita cilantro spread, add the innards. I like a lil extra sauce so I put a small dollop on top. Fold in half, enjoy, and sail into the sunset...my favorite time to be sailing! Theres nothing like watching the sun settle into the mouth of the sea... especially when your mouth is stuffed with a delicious raw epic creation :)
